VIC: Napthine urges quicker government action on power
MELBOURNE, Feb 4 AAP - Victorians should not be forced to suffer power restrictions
into next week, the state opposition said today, as it urged the government to resolve
the Yallourn dispute immediately.
Opposition leader Denis Napthine said the state government had failed Victorians by
allowing the crisis to continue for so long.
Dr Napthine said the government must resolve the dispute this weekend and ensure full
electricity services are restored by Monday.
